These terms govern access to and use of Acrobat Manager, a service operated by Acrobat Manager LLC. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and any applicable rules of the organisation providing your access.

The service is for authorised users only. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and must not share accounts with unauthorised persons.
Acceptable use
Acrobat Manager must be used for lawful, professional purposes. Unauthorised access, bypassing security controls, introducing malware, resource abuse and uses that infringe third-party rights are prohibited.
Content and files
Users remain responsible for content they upload or share and must have the right to process it. Unlawful content or content unnecessary for the service must not be uploaded.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or change parts of the service for security, maintenance, legal requirements or product evolution. Where reasonable, material changes will be communicated to users.
Suspension
We may restrict or suspend an account in case of abuse, security risk, breach of these terms or a request from the organisation managing access.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
Acrobat Manager software, branding and visual assets belong to their respective owners. User content remains owned by its respective owner.
Governing law
The applicable law must be determined according to Acrobat Manager LLC’s actual registered location and mandatory rules.
Competent courts remain subject to applicable mandatory rules.

Lifetime access and one-time payment
Some Acrobat Manager features require paid lifetime access. The purchase is charged once; the applicable price, taxes and available payment methods are shown during Stripe Checkout before purchase.
Lifetime access remains associated with the purchasing account for as long as the Acrobat Manager service is offered, subject to these Terms.
A failed or reversed payment does not activate lifetime access. A refund or chargeback may result in the related paid access being revoked.
